Guest Speakers

The guest speakers for last week's class were very informative. Its great that people within the gay community can be proud of themselves and the orientation and they shouldn't be chastised for being who they are. I thought the older gay man was the funniest when he called himself 'Gay Moses' though I was wondering something the entire class, did anyone else find it intriguing that they were referring to each other as 'queer' like when the guy who was a sponsor for PRIDE said it. I thought that term was derrogatory, but maybe I was mistaken considering that its apart of the LGBTQ abbreviation.
