Test

My first thoughts after I finished the test were that it was so much harder than I expected. Even though we had a study guide and a cheat sheet, my notes were not nearly as detailed as they should’ve been. After I took the test I asked others what they thought if it and everyone else said it was pretty easy. Nervous about my grade, I quietly panicked all week. When it was announced that the highest grade was a B, I was sure that it wasn’t me. Thankfully I did receive one out of the 8 B’s and it totally made my night. What irked me is that no one in our class received an A, and even though the other class had about 3 A’s, I still think Ms. Stone should’ve at least rounded the highest A to 100 and curved the test accordingly. So I am totally for curving the test!

Rounding the highest grade to a 100 is not an acurate or fair way of curving exams. I did round everyone's exams by one question. One question did appear to have a two answers based on the information in the book, and one of the students in the Thursday class pointed this out.

Between both classes there was a really good distribution of grades, and after reviewing the item analyses, they were not bad questions.

Hopefully, everyone will study more for the next exam and achieve their desired grades.
